Right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period is 14 days from contract conclusion.

Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received for the withdrawn contract without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice. We normally use the original payment method.
If you expressly requested performance during the withdrawal period, a proportionate amount for service already supplied may be payable where the statutory conditions are met.

Cancellation is different from withdrawal
A subscription can be cancelled for the future at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Withdrawal concerns the original contract within the statutory period and must be declared unambiguously.
